Directions to Long Island Expressway from Jones Manor |
| Turn left leaving Jones Manor on Bayville Ave. Proceed 1.6 miles to Ludlam Avenue (Traffic light in middle of Bayville village) Turn right. |

Follow Ludlam Avenue (which becomes West Shore Road
after you cross a low bridge over the water) around Oyster Bay Harbor
2.9 miles, at which time the road has become West Main Street West
Main street ends in the Town of Oyster Bay. Turn right on South
Street. .4 Miles after the turn (at in intersection which has a "Hess" gas station on the right) South street becomes Pine Hollow Road and it posted as Route "106 South." Follow it an additional 5.2 miles across Route 25A under sign that says "25 New York Riverhead Right Lane." Get into right lane. |
| If you are taking the Long Island Expressway West (toward New York City), exit Route 106 by following sign "NY 25 West New York," and proceed on Route 25 1.0 miles in right hand lane following sign "495 West New York." This is the Long Island Expressway. |
| If you are taking Long Island Expressway East (out of Long Island), follow signs "NY 106 NY 107 Hicksville." .2 Miles after crossing NY 25 to entrance to Long Island Expressway on your right. |

To Jones Manor |

Take either Long Island Expressway (exit 41N) or
Northern State Parkway to route 106, travel north to the town of oyster
bay, make a left turn on West Main Street, continue on West Shore Road
to Bayville on Long Island Sound. Make left turn on traffic light
on Bayville Avenue, travel 2 miles to Jones Manor on the right.
